Tom was our general contractor on 2 separate projects in Old Greenbelt, a paver and retaining wall patio, and a full demo and redo of a screened in porch. Since we live in a co-op with all sorts of complicated rules and specific requirements, we knew that both projects would include extra hoops, headaches, and surprises – and they did! But Tom was unfazed by any of these hiccups, and led both projects seamlessly through design, permitting, demolition, construction, and finishing. He walked us patiently through the process, and was candid and positive about the adjustments our particular project required. The end results are fantastic, and we could not be happier! Beyond the lovely and seamless work done, though, was Toms stellar customer service. He put our fears to rest, made the complicated projects seem easy and no sweat, and truly treated us like friends who just happened to be customers. We’d happily recommend him to anyone and everyone, and we’re already lining up some interior jobs that could use some TLC.
